Kiya Frazier, MBA - CEO


Mrs. Frazier is a Sr. Marketing Consultant with over a decade of relevant experience specializing in strategic communications, logistics planning, and brand management. She is responsible for the development, implementation, management, and execution of effective marketing strategies along with the strategic direction of nDemand Consulting - achieving optimum results and revenue objectives. Mrs. Frazier has several years of significant experience boosting productivity and fostering efficiencies in both the public and private sectors. Mrs. Frazier possesses a true entrepreneurial spirit and thrives on challenges, particularly those that expand the company’s reach. She has a deep understanding of changing market dynamics and has been instrumental in driving growth strategies and spearheading initiatives to improve business performance. Mrs. Frazier has a deep focus on innovative marketing approaches, and applying technology to organizations that understand the need for progressive, innovative solutions and services. Mrs. Frazier has an M.B.A, focusing in marketing management.


OsCar Frazier, MBA, PMP, LSSBB - Executive Vice President


Mr. Frazier is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, and Executive Vice President of nDemand Consulting, specializing in Lean Six Sigma, Business Process Reengineering (BPR), strategic management, requirements analysis, and business operations.  He has over seventeen years of experience boosting productivity, cutting costs, and fostering efficiency in various settings and a proven track record with both process improvement and program management.  Mr. Frazier has provided blueprinting and project management services for multiple clients, including two affiliate companies of Trader Publishing Company that ultimately led to the generation of $1.5 million in less than one year of operation.  One of Mr. Frazier's impacts was the stand up of an entire program team for Bank of America’s Home Loans & Insurance line of business, consisting of approximately 150 consultants, totaling $23 million contract value. This full-scale program stand up enabled Bank of America to successfully accommodate cradle to grave technical support and consultancy for approximately 8,000 case managers across the nation. Mr. Frazier combines Lean Six Sigma skills with the ability to apply technology to organizations that understand the need for progressive, innovative solutions and services.  Mr. Frazier also has an M.B.A, focusing in management.
