Accessibility Statement

Our commitment

nDemand Consulting Services, Inc. is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people of all abilities. We work to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA and the requirements of Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act.

Conformance status

ndemandconsulting.com is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. "Partially conformant" means that some parts of the content do not yet fully conform. We are actively remediating known gaps.

What we do

  • Use semantic HTML, ARIA landmarks, and a "skip to main content" link.
  • Maintain visible keyboard focus indicators throughout the site.
  • Pair color combinations to meet AA contrast ratios using design-system tokens.
  • Provide alternative text for meaningful images.
  • Run automated accessibility checks (axe-core, jsx-a11y) during development and on every build.
  • Test major flows with keyboard-only navigation and screen readers.

Known limitations

Despite our efforts, some content may not yet be fully accessible. We are working to address:

  • Third-party embeds (e.g. scheduling widgets) whose accessibility we do not directly control.
  • Voice and avatar features that supplement, but do not replace, text equivalents.

Federal procurement (VPAT / ACR)

A Voluntary Product Accessibility Template (VPAT 2.5) / Accessibility Conformance Report is available on request for federal contracting officers and procurement teams. Email info@ndemandconsulting.com with the subject "VPAT / ACR request" and we will send the current report.

We aim to respond to accessibility feedback within 5 business days.

Assessment approach

We assess this site using a combination of automated tooling (axe-core, Lighthouse, eslint-plugin-jsx-a11y) and manual testing (keyboard navigation, screen reader spot-checks). This statement is reviewed at least annually.
