nDemand Consulting Services Inc is a relationship-led strategy, marketing, and execution firm headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia. We are a federal capture practice, an AI-enabled product studio, a creative studio, a training architect, and a keynote front door, in one practice. Founded by federal capture strategist and AI-enabled application architect Oscar L. Frazier, our team has supported more than $1.8 billion in awarded contracts, trained more than 600 businesses through national readiness programs, and built and shipped a connected productized ecosystem (the C3PI platform) that scales the work beyond bespoke consulting alone.

Behind the founder is a working team. Federal capture strategists, AI builders, brand and creative leads, training architects, learning designers, event coordinators, and operations specialists. The work moves across the six pillars because the team does.

We also operate with a vetted network of subject matter experts, on-the-ground coordinators, and native-language trainers in the countries where we deliver. That network is how we manage global crisis management work, multi-language training deployments, and large-scale conferences and summits without compromising quality or speed.

Executive Director for Programming and Activations

Angie Sims serves as Executive Director for Programming and Activations at nDemand Consulting Services, Inc. A dynamic leader, executive coach, and rainmaker, she brings more than fourteen years of financial services experience from senior leadership roles at Morgan Stanley and Citi to her work elevating executives and growing businesses. Angie is the founder of The League of Girlfriends, a community of more than 600 professional women focused on meaningful connections and business growth, and the Girl Led NOW Leadership Academy. She also serves as Executive Director for the Atlanta Black Expo and was a founding partner of the first Global Black Women's Chamber of Commerce, founded by US Ambassador Suzan Johnson Cook. Her event planning practice, Angela's Exquisite Events, has operated for over twenty-nine years. Angie lives in Dallas, Georgia with her husband and their seventeen-year-old son, Christian.

Co-Founder and President, C3PI

Cazzie Williams serves as Senior Advisor to nDemand and is Co-Founder and President of C3PI (Cultivating Capital Collective Partners, Inc.), nDemand's sister productized platform. He brings over twenty-five years of global sourcing and procurement leadership, with senior roles at Kearney and other global consulting firms spanning consumer goods, industrial, aerospace, medical, and military sectors. As a global transformation leader, Cazzie has reengineered organizational structures, standardized processes, and mentored teams across international operations, and has served on multiple university and private sector advisory boards. At C3PI, he leads day-to-day operations and is the architect of the CorpCon cohort curriculum focused on Fortune 500 supplier qualification and corporate procurement readiness.

Robert Marshall serves as Senior Advisor to nDemand and Board Member at C3PI. He is also President of Calibr, where he leads the firm and brings deep executive leadership experience to his advisory work across the broader ecosystem. In his C3PI board capacity, he provides governance oversight and strategic counsel as the company executes its growth roadmap and capital strategy. His advisory engagement with nDemand brings an independent executive perspective to enterprise positioning, partnership strategy, and operational discipline.
