Situation

The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid (CMS), were in need of Program Assurance and Data Optimization Support (PADOS).

Task

As a subcontractor to Visual Connections (VC), nDemand was tasked with providing program and project coordination to facilitate the design, development, administration, daily maintenance, and implementation of enhancements for technology solutions, predictive data models, statistical models, pilot modeling, program optimization, project management, and assurance activities.

Approach

Our team supported the performance of a wide variety of project management services, including establishing an integrated project team (IPT) governance model based on our corporate PMO Community of Practice (CoP) model. Our knowledge and support assisted in the creation deliverables using Agile SCRUM, Kanban, PMBOK, CMMI, XLC, and Lean Six Sigma processes, which incorporates standardized templates, documented guidelines, version control, peer review, and comment tracking to promote both quality and timeliness. We supported Program Communication Monitoring, communication tracking, email activity monitoring efforts in the CMS RADV & CDAT sample-specific RADV email inbox. Furthermore, we supported daily reporting efforts and developed and maintained Standard Operating Procedures.

Result

As a subcontractor to Visual Connections (VC), nDemand supported the Project Management delivery of the PADOS contract. Given our performance delivery excellence, our client trusted us to support efforts on the first contract for Medicare Advantage RADV that allowed for Artificial Intelligence (AI) pilots, with a focus on program integrity case studies and solutions.
