Situation
The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid (CMS), were in need of project management support for a technology modernization efforts for their OIT Navigator and EASi Program which entailed performance compliance management (PCM), statistical modeling, analytical support services.
Task
As a subcontractor to Visual Connections (VC), nDemand was tasked with providing project management and wireframe graphic services to assist with the technology modernization efforts as it pertains to the OIT Navigator and EASi Program.
Approach
nDemand conducted a need assessment to capture the current state of the existing OIT Navigator and EASi Program environment. Our team identified areas where there were anomalies and opportunities for improvement. nDemand was responsible for creating a design and wireframe mockups that would directly present modernization best practices for the environment. The design and wireframe mockups were presented to Visual Connections, Impaq, and CMS program leaders.
Result
nDemand received approval for all designs and process improvement recommendations to be used for the technology modernization efforts.
